Michael Pollack, MD

Dr. Pollack strives to exhaust conservative treatment measures, including injections, home exercises, physical therapy, rest and activity modification, for all my patients prior to recommending and pursuing surgical treatments.

My approach to surgery is always as a last resort for my patients. When necessary, I employ the most current and minimally invasive techniques to minimize pain and accelerate recovery. Scott Bleazey, DPM

Richard Chang, MD

Daniel G Areson, DO, MS

Upon completion, he was awarded a foot and ankle reconstruction fellowship at Premier Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Malvern, PA (American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery – Pennsylvania Intensive Lower Extremity Fellowship).

Since completing training, Dr. Hood has worked in both orthopedic and podiatric office settings, gaining a large breadth of knowledge and experience in pathology from general podiatry to foot and ankle reconstruction/trauma/surgical medicine. Keith Crivello, M.D.

Keith Crivello, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon with advanced specialty training in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery.

Dr. Crivello was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, but grew up on Long Island, New York. He attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and a minor in chemistry.

Before attending medical school, he taught chemistry at Cathedral High School in New York City. He graduated from Boston University School of Medicine, where he was involved with scientific and clinical research with the Departments of General and Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Crivello completed his internship and residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City.
